Terms of Sale

1 – Ticket purchase or e-ticket carry away joining at arrangements underneath.
2 – Issued tickets and e-tickets will neither be taken back, exchanged, refunded unless in special conditions. (n°13)
3 – Without complaint after the purchase in counters (ticket offices), ticket isn’t altered, changed or resold (law of the 27th June 1919). No duplicate is delivered. The purchases of tickets except counters are made at the risks and the dangers of the buyer.
4 – Programs are liable to change, is for general information. No exchange or refund in an annulment, transfer, interruption or alterations decided by the Tournament Committee. Except if it’s raining according to two particular conditions. (n°13)
5 – Every person can be brought to undergo a security check at the entrance of the site. The access can be refused in case of refusal.
6 – Ban to introduce or try to introduce in the site rockets or others tricks will be prosecuted (law 06/12/1993). Likewise for any object susceptible to constitute a weapon, to serve as missile or presenter a danger for the persons, as well as signs or banners, streamers, etc.
7 – Ban to use mobile phones and computers in the stands & boxes during the matches.
8 – The client authorizes the organization of the event to use images taken on the site and on which he could appear, to reproduce them on any support (documents to insure the promotion and / or advertisement of the event and broad-cast all over the world.
9 – Ban to dogs.
10 – This ticket must be accompanied with its coupon of control during the access to the site and must be presented during any control inside the site.
11 – Any exit is definitive.
12 – The present ticket is valid only for the date which is indicated to it.
13 – Particular conditions in the only rainy case.
Following both conditions must be filled:
 - The ticket must have been bought in booking before the concerned day.
 - It must have had less than one hour and a half of game on the court there represented by the numbered ticket, between 10 AM and 19 PM.
The tickets performing both conditions above must have returned to the S.M.E.T.T in 5 days following the end of the tournament, as attested by date on postmark.
In case of subscription it will be made in the prorata.

14 - No ticket holder may continually collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or relase from the grounds of the Tournament any match scores or related statistical data during match play (from the commencement of a match through its conclusion for any commercial, betting or gambling purpose).
